DSA was formed in 2001 by a group of like minded people with the aim of providing the opportunity for fellow smallholders and those with just an interest in smallholding, to network and to pass on skills and information.
We are always looking for new members who share our enthusiasm. You do not need land, animals or experience, you just need an interest in country matters.
The Association has eight meetings a year running from September to June (excluding December), These are held on the Last Thursday of the month.
The venue for this year is Old Poets Corner, 1 Butts Road, Ashover, S45 0EW. There is ample car parking. There are a variety of speakers over the course of a year and members are invited to suggest topics they would like covered, or speakers they would like to hear. Please email in ideas or mention them to a committee member
The meetings are informal and free to all members, non-members and visitors are welcome to attend (please note charges may apply). Please see the Meetings page for details.
